2. Deadline is Friday April 26, 2013. Entries received after deadline will not be considered.
3. Nominees must be age 40 or under.
4. Employees of the Bucks County Courier Times, The Intelligencer, Burlington County Times, Calkins Media Inc., their agencies and immediate families and household members, are not eligible.
