Description:  Joanne Lee of Cherokee High School went with acrylic paint for her piece using all five elements. The cat reflected in the spoon rising from the apple stem was a brilliant stroke.

Description:  Jacqueline Moyer, 18, of Newtown knocked our socks off with this amazingly creepy painting with all five required elements: a feline, a game board, fruit, a kitchen untensil and a sense of repulsion. The truth is, this one would be an amazing piece of art regardless of the entry requirements.
